Most Awaited iOS 7 could be released for download very soon.

as per Softpedia:

"Longstanding iPhone carrier AT&T has kicked off a training program for its 
staff in anticipation of the impending iPhone refresh later this month, coupled 
with the upcoming release of iOS 7.

Last year, Apple released iOS 6 to the public two days before the iPhone 5 shipped 

physically in stores. If the same rule holds true this time around, iOS 7 could be released for download no later than September 18." "
